space for yoga and wellbeing through breath and movement in the heart of Zagreb
Little place is a small space for a lot of yoga. Just a few minutes from Kvaternikov trg and a tram station, it is a sanctuary from everyday chaos — a place to nurture your body and mind.
Here, we tangle and untangle in semi-private (up to three people) and private Ashtanga yoga classes — a dynamic and structured approach that integrates breath, movement, and gaze (known as the three points of attention, or Trishtana) into a unified whole.
Through guided sequences of postures (asanas), the body gradually becomes stronger, more mobile, and more balanced, while focus, stability, and mental calmness are developed at the same time.
Little Place is small, and that is precisely what makes it special. By working exclusively in small groups and private sessions, everyone receives individual attention and support.
Whether you are coming to yoga for the first time or already have experience, everyone is welcome. The practice adapts to each body — no special flexibility or prior knowledge is required.
Ashtanga yoga practice is particularly beneficial for people who spend a lot of time sitting — whether due to office work, driving, or long hours at a computer. With regular practice, spinal mobility increases, core muscles are strengthened, and posture improves, helping to prevent back pain and reduce tension in the body.
Ashtanga Yoga also brings many benefits to those who practice sports professionally or recreationally, as it primarily increases lung capacity and also contributes to better performance and faster recovery.
At Little Place, all the necessary yoga equipment is available — from blocks and straps to mats — so you can fully dedicate yourself to your practice.
These props provide support in performing postures, help achieve proper alignment, and allow for safer and more comfortable stretching, regardless of your level of experience. Our equipment adapts to you, not the other way around. And of course, your favorite bright green mat with Siamese cat prints is always welcome.
Your (small) space is waiting for you, and the first class is free! Come and tangle—and untangle—yourself, with no pressure at all :)

Through personal Ashtanga Mysore practice with my teachers, I try to pass on the knowledge and turn this small room into a cozy, peaceful space where students can explore movement, breath, presence, and being in this life in a deeper and more subtle way.
About ten years ago, while riding a tram, I felt the need to start some kind of physical activity. By pure accident, I discovered the Pink Elephant Yoga Institute and went there, completely unaware of what yoga is. From that moment on, I fell in love with yoga. As it is said in Yoga Mala, "one comes to yoga in his life only by having practiced it in a previous life, and is pulled toward it against one’s will, as toward a magnet". It allowed me to begin a soul-searching journey that was not linear but unfolding in spirals of learning and return. The years passed: sometimes I felt like I was starting from the beginning, sometimes it seemed as if I were in a stranger’s body, yet every time yoga felt like coming home. That home was within.
For a long time, I felt that yoga was my calling in life and a skill I wanted to share with the world. I graduated from the Pink Elephant Yoga Institute in 2024 (RYT 200), where I learned the tradition and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga, including Pranayama techniques, based on an integrative-therapeutic approach. I am currently pursuing advanced training (RYT 300) at the Pink Elephant Yoga Institute, and I am also studying at NOvA Croatia, the School of Consciousness.
I am forever thankful for the guidance and blessings I received from my beloved teachers, Marco and Petra Bianco, who continue to support me on this path. I also enjoy learning from Tom Richter and draw inspiration from Kia Naddermier and Ty Landrum.
